Registration is closed, however; we look forward to seeing you beginning December 8 at the 2021 Annual Winter Conference.

Cancellation Policy: Any changes to your reservation must be made in writing via email to info@ceao.org. If you have paid by credit card, a $75 administrative processing fee will be charged for all cancellations before November 12, 2021. No refunds after November 12, 2021. No shows will be billed.
This Conference will be held in person. A virtual option is not available.
