Urban Planning Expert

• You will provide technical direction and manage a team of urban/environmental planning professionals and technicians on large projects, or on several smaller projects or studies, involving the development of plans for the utilization of land and physical facilities of cities, counties, and metropolitan areas. 
• Degree qualified and 15 years minimum working experience.
• Expert knowledge of urban/environmental planning practices and procedures. Proficiency in utilizing PC and various software packages typically used in urban/environmental planning assignments is required.

Specification Writer Engineer

• Experience in supporting system including electrical, water and wastewater, pneumatie, elevators, HVAC, lighting, infrastructure such as bridges, tunnels, roads, storm water drainage, culverts and boxes program of a city.
• Possess a minimum of 15 years experience in preparing O&M request for proposals (RFP) and specifications writing for city council, municipalities in US/UK/CAN/AUT for O&M contractors/consultants.
• Masters Degree of Science in civil eng from top 50 US/UK/ universities with PE eng license and PMP certified Planner - latest version, MS project planner, Primavera sure track.

O&M Planner –Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

• Your responsibility will be to provide complete O & M management services including: operations, maintenance, construction & maintenance management, supervision, coordination, scheduling, administration, inspection, quality assurance materials testing, shop & as-built drawings and O & M documents submittal review and approval coordination, project records, preparation of work or job orders, checking of interim claims and its recommendations.
• 15 to 18 years of O&M planning experience
• Proficiency in planning maintenance operations & engineering activities.
• Familiarity in working with municipalities or city governments
• Experience organizing material requirements and delivery with operational schedules
• Masters Degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineering Registration
• PMP Certification (desired)
