About this Conference:
This conference and trade show allows you to connect with stormwater managers, surveyors, county engineers, commissioners, auditors, recorders, tax map offices, erosion control specialists, and others from agencies and organizations throughout Ohio. Both the public and private sectors are represented.

Exhibitor Information:
Exhibiting at the CEAO Storm Water and Drainage Conference is an excellent opportunity for your organization to display recent achievements, and products, and network with county engineers, drainage staff, and other county officials.
Supporting Members Rate: $350 = Your company is an annual supporting member of CEAO with dues paid for 2025. Supporting members receive registration discounts for several of our CEAO Events. Please call us at 614-221-0707 to check your membership status.
Non-Supporting Members Rate: $425 = Your company is not a CEAO Supporting Member. However, if you are interested in becoming a supporting member for 2025, please call us at 614-221-0707 for more information. You will save $75 on this conference registration by becoming a supporting member.
Additional booth representatives: $200 per person. Registration includes all meals for an additional representative to work at your exhibit table. This rate is not eligible to receive Credits for Professional Development. If you would like to attend sessions and receive CPDs, please register as an attendee.

Event Cancellation Policy: Any changes to your registration must be made in writing via email to karig@ceao.org. If you have paid by credit card, a $50 credit card refund/processing fee will be charged for all cancellations. No refunds after February 25, 2025. No-shows will be billed.
