Our room block has a limited number of rooms. Room block closes February 25, 2026, or once it is full; whichever comes first. Once it is full, guests will need to reserve at the hotel’s prevailing rate or secure accommodations at a nearby property. Please call Amy Lowe if you have questions regarding the room block availability.

Please review the hotel's cancellation policy, terms, and agreements carefully. Guest(s) are responsible for their reservation(s), and they must change and/or cancel the reservation(s) on, or before, 4pm two days (or 48 hours) prior to arrival. If the guest(s) and/or group does not do so, then the credit card, or group master account used to reserve the room(s) will be charged a non-refundable one-night room and tax charge.

Important!! 

Room Block: To receive the negotiated conference rate of $169, you must book your room using our official room block link. Reservations made outside of this link—including through third‑party sites such as Expedia, TripAdvisor, or Priceline—will not qualify for the discounted rate. Please note that CEAO staff cannot assist with any reservations made through third‑party booking sites. Also, using a third-party site may cause CEAO to not meet our room block contractual obligations with the hotel. Please call Amy Lowe if you have questions regarding the room block availability. 

Event Cancellation Policy: Any changes to your registration must be made in writing via email to maventino@ceao.org. If you have paid by credit card, a $50 credit card refund/processing fee will be charged for all cancellations. No refunds after March 12, 2026. No-shows will be billed.
